Comments: Ken was fantastic. He's inspected two houses for us at this point and we would recommend him to our family and friends. He's extremely thorough and professional. Comments: My husband and I recently decided to move back to the mountains from Philadelphia to purchase our forever home. Aside from having the normal appraisal we knew that there would be things that we would be unable to see with us being out of state. We decided to contact Tri-Cities Home Inspections.The appointment was set the very next day due to our fast approaching closing. We recieved a detailed six page report with photos of the home and property. Comments: When calling Ken to get a quote he talked me through a typical inspection and what all he would provide and be able to look at. Ken was incredibly thorough on his home inspection and provided a detailed report with photos the same day. Found lots of issues with the home we are buying and we were able to negotiate the sellers to address many of the safety issues he found. Would definitely recommend him to anyone and would use him again. Well worth the money!

5.0  Nick Clay  3 days ago Ken was fantastic. He came highly recommended from a friend of mine and I was not disappointed. The first house we were in contact with was in a flood zone and I had to cancel last min. Ķen said no problem and was quick to get out to the next house we got under contract on. He walked the property with me and was very thorough in explaining what he found and how severe or cosmetic things were. I've been building houses for 20 years and he caught things that I missed. Was asked if he could do a last minute inspection. He gladly accepted the job, Mr Ken did an inspection like I haven’t seen before. Due to his experience building houses, He was able to inform me what was wrong and why it was wrong. I was able to get information on how to prevent future problems. 5.0 Brite Gibert 6 months ago I don't often leave reviews but this one is well worth my time. Mr. Ken K inspected my house during the initial purchasing process in 2020. He conducted a very detailed inspection to my much older home that had sat empty for about 20 years. There was a lot of overgrowth (trees, ivy, etc) around the house so it was amazing how he was able to get the photos to show us this large project we were about to take on. Fast forward four years later as we are trying to finish up the carport, and the concrete pour was wrong (particularly the steps). I was so very frustrated because the concrete owner looked me straight in my face and said nothing was wrong with those steps. Luckily I had not paid him the second half of the total when my neighbor suggested to get an inspector to check them out. I knew exactly who to call. He remembered me and came quickly, understanding that the company was waiting their final payment. Ken said that the steps needed to be redone and not to pay the final bill. I was devastated because this was the second person I hired to work on the carport and couldn't imagine dealing with another company. Ken also assured me that if the company threatened legal action he would be happy to testify if needed. He checked out multiple other areas around the home. Once again, he sent me a very detailed report with photos and gave me many suggestions so I didn't feel hopeless. His price is more than fair, and his kindness is priceless. Thank you Mr. Ken K! I had lost my papers and it was a few years and I called him and he still had it in his files! Lucky was an understatement! Such a friendly guy with a good attitude and did my inspection last minute so timing was great also! Couldn't have asked for a better inspection! 5.0 John Smith a year ago I recently had my roof replaced and paid the contractor in full after completion of the job as it looked O.K. from the ground. I am disabled and could not get up there to inspect the workmanship myself. Later I noticed some defects and so I hired Ken to do a roof inspection.

He came out promptly and did a thorough inspection. By the next day I received a detailed written report and about 76 pictures of the poor workmanship on the new roof by the contractor. Ken said it was probably the worst job he had ever seen and recommended that the new roof be replaced.

So we sent the report and pictures that I received from Ken to the roofer. We met the roofer shortly thereafter and the contractor agreed to give us a full refund rather than fight us in court because the report and pictures were indisputable and demonstrated without question the poor workmanship by the contractor.
Ken exceeded my expectations.
