Comments: My husband and I recently decided to move back to the mountains from Philadelphia to purchase our forever home. Aside from having the normal appraisal we knew that there would be things that we would be unable to see with us being out of state. We decided to contact Tri-Cities Home Inspections.The appointment was set the very next day due to our fast approaching closing. We recieved a detailed six page report with photos of the home and property. Comments: When calling Ken to get a quote he talked me through a typical inspection and what all he would provide and be able to look at. Ken was incredibly thorough on his home inspection and provided a detailed report with photos the same day. Found lots of issues with the home we are buying and we were able to negotiate the sellers to address many of the safety issues he found. Would definitely recommend him to anyone and would use him again. Well worth the money!
